Team

The Technology Team is a growing team at IFP, and is responsible for building and maintaining our technologyinfrastructure and applications; and leveraging a modern methodologies to enhance the overall experience of our advisors.

You

You have experience in a full stack development environment and are comfortable using technologies such as Python, Django, Javascript, HTML and CSS (React is a plus!). You have effective communication skills and the ability to understand complex processes and apply creative problem solving to find efficiencies and improvements.

You also have excellent multitasking skills to manage multiple projects across various teams and topics, and a desire to learn and adopt new skills – both technical and non-technical – in order to craft and deliver the best solutions.

Your Job

You will be joining our app development team and focusing on enhancing existing structures and while also building new features. Your role will include the ability to apply creativity and innovation in a fast-paced, team environment. You will assist in establishing prioritized roadmaps and implementing strategies for executing, measuring progress, and communicating results against stated goals.
