IFP Taps The Pinnacle Group to Expand and Evolve Its Insurance Offering
Tampa, FL, March 2, 2020 – Independent Financial Partners (IFP), a broker-dealer, SEC-registered investment advisor, and brokerage insurance agency specializing in wealth management, retirement plan consulting and risk management products has partnered with The Pinnacle Group to expand the life, annuity and long-term care insurance products and resources available to its national network of financial professionals.
IFP’s insurance licensed financial professionals are able to conduct fixed insurance business with the agency of their choosing, though for the past decade IFP’s general agency and in-house team was always the firm’s preferred option. However, going into 2021, IFP wanted to simultaneously expand and evolve its insurance product and services platform without diverting additional internal resources away from enhancing the core competencies of the Broker-Dealer and RIA. As such, it made sense to partner with an outside firm like Pinnacle who is a focused and successful specialist in the insurance and annuity space and intimately familiar with supporting firms like IFP.
